2.  Review and Approval of Minutes of December meeting

3.  Announcements--library will receive an estimated $6,000 from the Texas Municipal League to purchase replacement
                  items lost in the fire -- library received a $1,676.71 credit from Baker and Taylor for overpricing in 2011.

4.  Training on Ethic Ordinance to be conducted by Jo Christy Brown, City Attorney
                   
5.  Librarian's report - discussion and possible action

6.  Friends of the Library Report
          *     Friend's met in a regularly scheduled meeting Thursday, January 26, 2012
          *     Friend's discussed upcoming Spring book Sale
          *     Friend's discussed gift of 200 boxes of books from the Kerrville Public Library and whether or not to
                 schedule an additional book sale
          *     Friend's discussed finding a bigger venue to hold their book sales
         
7.  Old business
          *     Brick pavers and tiles update -  installed three $100 bricks and have received the
                 funds for three additional bricks - discussion and possible action.
          *     Update - BTOP grant-   1. Kevin has started installing new desktop computers--discussion and possible actions.

8.  New business
          *     Friends of the Bastrop Public Library proposal to purchase and install a storage shed on library property -

          *     Review of patron survey results - discussion and possible action
          *     Are there any items Board members would like to include on next month's
                 agenda? - discussion and possible action
