Volunteer at our dynamic library!  Our library is a very happy and busy place.  Fill out a volunteer form at the front desk, in our lobby.

Donations

Donations of books, periodicals, and audio and video materials in good condition will be accepted by the library. Staff will determine if donated items are to be added to the collection. Donated items not added to the collection are given to the Friends of the Bastrop Public Library. The Friends offer the donated material for sale as an ongoing sale in the library lobby and/or at an annual sale.

Pavers for Books

Reserve your custom brick paver space today at the Bastrop Public Library!

This is the opportunity to commemorate your family, friends or loved ones - even a business or organization - by purchasing an etched brick paver and having it placed along the edge of the sidewalks at the Bastrop Public Library.  Proceeds from the sale of the brick pavers will be used to order new books for the library.

A $50 gift will entitle you to a 4" x 8" paver with four lines for personalization that will be placed along the sidewalks that encircle the building.  Your contribution is tax deductible.

Please complete the Brick Paver Order Form (pdf)  and mail or hand deliver it along with your payment to the Bastrop Public Library.

Businesses for Books

Reserve your tile on one of the Library's Walls of Honor at the newly expanded Bastrop Public Library!

This is an opportunity to honor your family, friends or loved ones - even your business or organization - by purchasing a commemorative porcelain tile and having it hung on one of the Library's Walls of Honor.

A $1,000 donation entitles you to a 12" x 12" tile with 12 lines for personalization. A $500 donation entitles you to an 8" x 10" tile with six lines for personalization. A $250 donation entitles you to a 6" x 8" tile with three lines for personalization.Your contribution is tax deductible.
